The Project started as a renovation project and was to be carried out while students were on recess. The scope became quite large and the need for a new facilty meant that a temporary makeshift kitchen had to be constructed as the works were carried out. The end product was a building that fits the place but gives modern features of a University kitchen stressing the functionality and aesthetics of the facility. The 600 capacity dining hall and a modern kitchen with well lit and ventilated spaces stands in the place of a smoky, dark, dilapidated wooden kitchen
