The client came to us so that we could adjust some plans which he had but we advised that the design could be better. We worked on the first proposal which incorporated the sloping site and ensured proper use of external space providing a swimming pool, sub basement parking as well as neat green space, the concept was so impressive that he accepted without any modifications. The hotel has well lit and ventilated modern rooms with a kitchenette and connection to adjacent rooms which make them usable as serviced apartments as well. The private balconies enhance the experience.
